Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• 1+ years related work experience required.
• 1+ years healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and scheduling preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patient families and serves as liaison between patients and clinical team.
• Uses EPIC scheduling and queues to manage appointments and registrations.
• Registers patients and guardians with MyChart; ensures consent and insurance information.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry; maintains ethics and confidentiality.
• Supports cross-location coverage as requested by leadership.
