Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient experience at the front desk, guiding patients and families through check-in and check-out.
Utilize EPIC scheduling applications and work queues to manage appointments and communication.
Assist registration with MyChart access and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Enter registration information accurately per modules and ensure complete checklists.
Maintain proficiency with EPIC and related applications.
Adhere to the Children's Organizational Code of Ethics and policies.
Monitor WELL platform and respond in a timely, professional manner.
