Job summary
Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site position in Great Falls, Montana. The PCU RN will provide specialized care to hemodynamically stable to unstable patients, support pre/post-PCI and related procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient discharges.
Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing, Montana RN license or compact eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Montana or eligible for endorsement.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or obtained within 6 months).
- Proven post-graduate clinical practice in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit with Critical Care/PCU experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients on a progressive care unit with advanced medical needs.
- Monitor and respond to changing patient conditions using telemetry and clinical assessment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission through discharge planning.
- Lead on the floor, precepting staff and supporting LPNs and CNAs.
