Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will provide specialized care for hemodynamically stable and select unstable patients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate has ADN with BSN preferred, Montana RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and recent PCU/ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or within 6 months).
• Recent Medical/Surgical | Critical Care or PCU/Stepdown experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to stable/un-stable patients on a PCU/stepdown unit.
• Manage diverse patient population including pre/post-PCI care and complex surgeries.
• Monitor and respond to evolving clinical conditions with telemetry and equipment.
• Operate arterial/central lines, chest tubes, NGT, IV pumps, ventilatory support as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Precept and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff on the floor.
