Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care on a stepdown unit, manage post-PCI and complex surgical cases, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements include Montana RN license (or endorsement), BLS/ACLS/PALS (or within 6 months), and post-graduate PCU/ICU experience. Strong telemetry and leadership skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Requires RN licensure in Montana or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or to be obtained within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to PCU patients, including post-PCI and various surgical cases.
• Monitor and respond to deteriorating conditions using telemetry and monitoring tools.
• Operate arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes and ventilatory support as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge planning.
• Lead on the floor, precepting staff and supporting LPNs/CNAs.
