Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. The RN will provide direct nursing care on a PCU/stepdown unit, focusing on hemodynamically stable to select unstable patients, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN with MT RN licensure (or compact/endorsement) and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana or compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 6 months); EPNC/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients on PCU/stepdown.
• Manage a broad, diverse patient population including pre/post-PCI care and various surgical cases.
• Closely monitor for deteriorating conditions and intervene as needed.
