Qualifications

• Must have completed nursing aide training program OR STNA OR CNA OR nursing program with clinical rotation.
• Experience in acute care, physician offices, home health, or long‑term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including vital signs, hygiene, mobility assistance.
• Communicate changes to nurses and document care accurately.
• Deliver high-quality patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with feeding and grooming and support patient independence where possible.
