Qualifications

• Requires BLS Basic Life Support: AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider preferred.
• Nursing aide training or state testing/certification required for most RSF/BSMH locations.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience often required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN guidance.
• Report changes/concerns to nurse promptly.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Participate in hand-offs and information transfer.
• Perform delegated tasks after competency validation.
