• Provides direct patient care under RN guidance according to policies.
• Reports changes to nurse and assists with mobility and hygiene.
• Delivers high-level customer service to patients and families.
• Documents care accurately and timely in records.
• Handoffs and prioritization of patient needs during shift changes.
• Remains within scope of delegated tasks after competency validation.
• Assists with patient mobility and supports independence.
