Job summary

The Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court is seeking a skilled PC Analyst/Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for hardware and software, reporting to the Chief Deputy Clerk of Administration. You will help keep computer systems running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining PCs and peripherals, training staff, managing inventory, creating forms, and maintaining the court's website.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and deliver customer service.
• Experience with form creation and basic website maintenance is a plus.
