Job summary

The Circuit Court for Prince George's County is seeking a part-time IT support professional to assist in installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network, telecommunications, and systems hardware and software under IT leadership.

Duties include monitoring courtroom recording equipment, supporting CourtSmart and Zoom, and ensuring desktop apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of IT engineering experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors courtroom equipment to ensure digital recording is operational.
• Provides support for CourtSmart system and Zoom sessions.
• Maintains desktop applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Provides hardware support for Dell PCs, HP printers and Kodak scanners.
• Supports Apple iPads and smartphones as needed.
