Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a customer service professional to provide support via phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will ensure timely completion of items within SLAs and document all client interactions while maintaining a basic knowledge of Paychex products.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and strong data entry and communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Cincinnati, with compensation aligned to experience and location.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be comfortable with phone, email and chat support.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
