Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH in New York is seeking a customer service associate to manage phone, email and chat inquiries with Paychex products. You will follow SLAs, document interactions, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong data entry, prioritization and the ability to navigate HRIS and Salesforce. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with prior call center experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Prioritization and operations experience preferred.
• Troubleshooting and data entry skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion per SLAs.
• Uses HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced and ORS systems.
• Maintains knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input with strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
