Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service professional to support one or more Paychex products under guidance. You will deliver quality service via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring items are completed in compliance with SLAs.

You will use HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS systems, develop product knowledge, and document all client interactions. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; base pay is hourly and varies by location.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with SLAs.
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
