Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect, present Auris solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You’ll work with the PDM/PTM, train with Salesforce use, and then set your own schedule to maximize commission and residuals. Primary duties include running in-person and phone presentations, building a client base, and maintaining relationships within a regional payroll territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and valid driver’s license.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Pre-employment background check.
• 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain CRM records with call notes and interactions (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure first appointments.
• Stay current with Auris product/services and fintech industry changes.
• Attend team meetings and one-on-ones with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
