Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. You’ll work in person or by phone, supported by coaching from a Territory Manager and Salesforce-based processes to manage leads and contracts.

This role offers 100% commission with residuals and the opportunity to shape your schedule after training. During training you’ll be paired with a PDM/PTM to learn the short-cycle sales process and then operate in the field to

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
• Able to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments.
• Build knowledge of Auris products and fintech developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
• Additional duties as needed.
