Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner acquired by Acrisure, is seeking a Payroll Territory Manager in Connecticut. You will prospect, present payroll solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle.

You’ll train with a PDM and SPAs, then run appointments via phone, video and in-person meetings, leveraging Atlas CRM. Role involves coaching SPAs, maintaining CRM records, and building a regional client base with a compensation plan including uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Must live in area relative to posting
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation and networking skills
• Pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients for Payroll/HCM services
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas)
• Achieve minimum production targets and set appointments
• Build knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends
• Attend team meetings and coaching sessions
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs)
• Provide status updates to Payroll Division Manager
• Travel field-based work up to 50%
