The role oversees Payroll Territory Managers and Senior Product Advisors, guiding recruitment, training, and strategic partnerships across the region.

The position requires managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering monthly production targets while aligning with corporate policies and travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building and coaching sales teams.
• Experience managing regional sales goals and pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with groups.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow the sales team.
• Manage region to meet productive sales goals.
• Coach field staff and address challenges.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Atlas) and ensure data quality.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on fintech changes.
• Provide status updates to VP/SVP.
• Lead meetings and trainings; oversee team performance.
