Job summary

CLA is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice. The role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with payroll implementation clients, serving as the main contact, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certifications CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll and payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, clients, and stakeholders through the sales and implementation process.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timeline and milestones to ensure on-schedule implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Document customization details of the implementation process and improvements.
