Job summary

CLA in Orlando is seeking a Client Engagement Consultant within our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice to build and maintain positive relationships with payroll implementation clients. You will be the main client contact, understand goals, and deliver appropriate payroll/HCM solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCM experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred; knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and stakeholders through the entire sales and implementation process, including inbound marketing opportunities, discovery meetings, client demonstrations, and system setup.
• Manage new client activities as it relates to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met, and the implementation is completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Oversee detailed documentation of the implementation process and any customizations made to the system.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
