Job summary

CLA is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for its Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice to build and maintain strong client relationships during payroll implementations. You will be the main client contact, translating needs into effective solutions and coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in payroll/HCM, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now; CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong understanding of HCM/payroll with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, clients, and internal stakeholders through sales and implementation processes.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Document implementation details and system customizations.
• Continuously improve implementation processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
