Job summary

CLA is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice in the United States. You will lead payroll implementations, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, deep payroll/HCM knowledge, and the ability to guide projects from discovery through go-live. Relevant ADP experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be considered.
• 7 years payroll or HCM/HR systems experience required, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• CPP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification(s) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements through payroll implementation and system setup.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions meeting client goals.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and handoffs to payroll processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and document implementations and customizations.
