Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring a Client Engagement Consultant for our Talent Solutions - HR Systems & Payroll practice to build strong relationships with payroll imple mentation clients and serve as the primary contact for their needs.

You will collaborate with internal teams to understand client objectives, guide implementations from discovery through go-live, and continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7 years payroll or HCMS experience required; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and stakeholders through the sales and implementation process.
• Manage new client activities related to payroll implementation.
• Oversee project handoff to payroll processing team.
• Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure on-schedule implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues during the implementation process and document changes.
• Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and client satisfaction.
