ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our HR Outsourcing team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment. You will respond to client inquiries, provide accurate payroll and tax guidance, and support end-to-end payroll processing.

You will collaborate across teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction, with ongoing training and opportunities for growth. The role emphasizes clear communication, rapport-building, and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Military experience is valued and considered a strength for this role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and navigation.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes; ensure timely, accurate processing and communication.
• Provide consultative support and recommendations to clients for product optimization.
• Support clients during quarter and year-end periods and help resolve related issues.
• Create and share detailed reporting, analysis, and adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues and communicate changes.
