Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team. You will respond to client questions about payroll and benefits products, provide navigation help, and deliver accurate, friendly support across multiple tools.

In a metrics-driven call center, you will collaborate with internal groups, handle year-end guidance, and pursue continuous learning through top-ranked training to ensure client satisfaction and trusted advisory service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, OR military experience.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons; 5–10 hours of overtime 6–8 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; perform research and follow-up as needed.
• Act as trusted advisor and provide consultative support on product optimization during calls.
• Support quarter and year-end processing and collaborate to resolve issues with clients.
• Work on complex projects: reports, tax amendments, and troubleshooting; update systems as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors; escalate issues and inform clients.
