ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team in Schaumburg, IL. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll practices, tax considerations, and product navigation, delivering accurate, friendly service to ensure client satisfaction.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center, building rapport with clients over the phone and in writing.

Qualifications

• High-level payroll knowledge including payroll processing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
• Two years of experience or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes and follow-up as needed.
• Act as trusted advisor and provide consultative support on product optimization.
• Support quarter- and year-end processing and issue resolution with clients.
• Perform reporting and analysis on complex payroll projects and data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and communicate status to clients.
