Job summary

ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our HR Outsourcing team in Tempe, AZ. You will respond to client payroll and tax inquiries, provide accurate guidance, and help maintain client satisfaction across a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

You will handle data maintenance, setup changes, and consult with clients on product optimization while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and share updates. Training and growth opportunities are strong at ADP.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide application and product navigation support.
• Payroll Processing - Tax: assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes, and ensure timely updates.
• Consultation: act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support.
• Quarter and Year-End Support: resolve issues and determine corrections during peak periods.
• Reporting and Analysis: work on complex projects, research historical data and use online tools to make corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate: coordinate with internal teams and possibly vendors to resolve issues and update clients.
