ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Schaumburg, IL to join a high-performing HR Outsourcing team that provides support on payroll and tax questions, upholding ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.

Daily duties include responding to client inquiries, offering product navigation assistance, data maintenance, setup changes, and guidance during quarter and year-end periods. Training is provided, and collaboration with internal teams ensures accurate, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Familiarity with payroll and tax-related inquiries.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide application and product navigation support.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; communicate updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support on product optimization.
• Support quarter- and year-end processing and resolve issues with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues and update clients.
