Qualifications

• Two years of experience in payroll or related field or military experience.
• Experience responding to client inquiries and providing clear guidance.
• Willingness to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and payroll support to clients.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax-related questions.
• Offer consultative recommendations and problem resolution.
• Support during quarter/year-end periods with issue resolution.
• Prepare and analyze reports and data for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
