ADP is looking for a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll practices and taxes, provide product navigation support, and help with data maintenance and configuration tasks.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center environment, delivering clear, professional guidance to clients and building trust through effective communication. Training and collaboration across teams are key parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions on payroll and benefits products; assist with setup and configuration.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes; communicate updates to clients.
• Provide consultative support to optimize product usage during status calls and interactions.
• Support quarter and year-end processing and related issue resolution.
• Prepare and share standard client documentation; update as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve client issues and communicate status.
