Job summary

ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team. In a metrics-driven environment, you will respond to payroll and tax questions and guide clients through payroll products and services, providing accurate, timely support over multiple channels.

You will handle data maintenance, setup changes, tax adjustments, and reporting, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing learning through our training program.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience, or military experience.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons with 5–10 hours of overtime 6–8 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes; conduct research and follow-up as needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support on product optimization during status calls and interactions.
• Support quarter and year-end processing by resolving issues and detailing changes needed for processing.
• Work on complex projects including calculations, reports, tax amendments, and data corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and keep clients informed.
