A strong emphasis on client satisfaction and professional communication will be essential in this metrics-driven call center environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions, participate in training, and assist with quarter and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a client service or payroll environment.
• Military experience is valued and acknowledged for this role.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons (5–10 hours, 6–8 weeks per year).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and tax with accurate, friendly guidance.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes to ensure timely and correct processing.
• Provide consultative support and recommendations on product optimization during status calls and interactions.
• Support quarter and year-end processes and issue resolutions with clients.
• Produce and analyze reports, identify adjustments, and document changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve client issues and communicate updates.
