ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team in a high-energy, client-facing role. You will respond to payroll and tax questions, provide setup and configuration assistance, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a client-facing payroll or service role.
• Military experience welcomed and valued.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons with 5–10 hours of overtime.
• Ability to communicate clearly over phone and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions about payroll and benefits products; provide setup and configuration support.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes; ensure timely updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor during status calls and interactions.
• Provide quarter and year-end support and resolve issues.
• Create and share client documentation; communicate changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
