Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Norfolk, VA. You will join the HR Outsourcing team handling payroll and tax inquiries, delivering accurate, friendly responses, and building client trust.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a payroll or client service role, or military experience.
• Willing to work extended hours during peak seasons (5–10 hours overtime, 6–8 weeks per year).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; ensure timely updates to the correct parties.
• Act as a trusted advisor offering consultative product optimization during calls and interactions.
• Support quarter and year-end payroll processing and issue resolution with clients.
• Conduct reporting and analysis, research historical data, and perform corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and document changes.
