Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Payroll Consulting Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will help ensure on-time, accurate payroll for busy professionals, perform basic analyses and audits, and support client calls with responsive reporting. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience, with 1–2 years in multi-state payroll or related areas, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 1-2 years payroll experience across multiple corporations/states or equivalent in related work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with change and quick recovery from adversity.

Responsibilities

• Help give busy professionals peace of mind by ensuring accurate payroll processing.
