Job summary

ADP is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join the Human Resources Outsourcing team. You will respond to client payroll inquiries, provide product navigation assistance, and support payroll and tax processing with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: At least two years of experience, OR Military Experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: High‑level payroll knowledge, including payroll skills for processing client payrolls.
• Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support.
• Payroll Processing - Tax: assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes, conduct research, and follow up as needed.
• Consultation: act as a trusted advisor and provide consultative support for product optimization.
• Quarter and Year-End Support: collaborate with clients to resolve issues during peak periods and generate details for processing adjustments.
• Reporting and Analysis: work on complex projects, research historical data, and perform data corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate: coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, update clients on status and changes.
