Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Augusta, GA within its Human Resources Outsourcing group. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll and tax-related questions, provide product navigation and data setup support, and help ensure client satisfaction through accurate, timely service.

The role emphasizes metrics-driven performance in a collaborative environment, with extensive training and clear opportunities for growth and advancement within ADP.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, OR
• Military Experience. We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.
• May require occasional extended hours during peak seasons with 5–10 hours of overtime 6–8 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Response to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products; provide navigation and data setup support for multiple options.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; communicate updates and monitor tax registrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor; provide consultative recommendations on product optimization during status calls.
• Collaborate during quarter and year-end periods to resolve issues and document corrections for processing changes.
• Work on complex projects including calculations, reports, tax amendments, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors; share upcoming changes with clients and maintain client documentation.
