Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll or related field.
• Military experience is recognized and valued.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons (5–10 hours, 6–8 weeks per year).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and tax-related inquiries and provide product/navigation support.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes, ensuring timely communications to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering consultative recommendations for product optimization during calls and interactions.
• Support quarter and year-end activities, identifying corrections and generating details for processing changes.
• Engage in reporting and analysis on complex projects, tax amendments, and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve client issues and communicate resolutions.
