ADP, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment. You will provide accurate, friendly responses to client inquiries about payroll practices, taxes, and product navigation.

You will collaborate with internal teams and possibly third-party vendors to ensure client satisfaction, while delivering continuous learning and career growth opportunities within ADP.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in payroll or related roles.
• Military experience is valued as an alternative to experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries about payroll and tax-related questions.
• Provide data maintenance, setup, and configuration support for payroll products.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients during status calls and interactions.
• Assist with quarter- and year-end processing and corrections as needed.
• Prepare and share client documentation and updates on upcoming changes.
