ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team, delivering expert payroll and tax guidance to Client Payroll Administrators. You will respond to inquiries with accuracy and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to ADP’s service guidelines.

In a metrics-driven call center, you will balance data-driven tasks with a focus on clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in payroll or client support.
• Experience in a metrics-driven call center environment is preferred.
• Military experience is valued and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and payroll support to clients, including navigation and setup tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes, communicating updates to clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor offering consultative guidance on product usage and optimization.
• Participate in quarter and year-end payroll support to resolve issues.
• Engage in reporting, analysis, and data corrections for complex projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet client expectations.
