Qualifications

• Two years of experience in payroll or military equivalent.
• Experience in a metrics-driven call center environment beneficial.
• Ability to handle payroll and tax questions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions about payroll and benefits products; provide navigation support and data changes.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes; monitor tax registrations.
• Act as trusted advisor; offer consultative product optimization during calls and status updates.
• Support quarterly and year-end processes with issue resolution and documentation.
• Prepare complex reports and analyses; troubleshoot and correct data issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet client expectations and communicate status.
