Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join our Human Resources Outsourcing division. You will respond to client inquiries about payroll and tax considerations, delivering accurate guidance and proactive service to clients across multiple payroll products.

In a metrics-driven call center environment, you’ll build rapport, communicate clearly, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or military experience
• Experience in payroll or tax-related guidance preferred
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons (5-10 hours) annually for 6-8 weeks

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support
• Assist with payroll processing and tax-related issues, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication
• Act as a trusted advisor offering consultative support and product optimization recommendations
• Support during quarter and year-end periods to resolve issues and determine corrections
• Work on complex reporting and analysis projects, researching historical data and making corrections
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and update clients
