ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist in Norfolk, VA. You will be part of ADP's Human Resources Outsourcing department, helping clients with payroll and tax questions, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

You will use multiple tools to deliver friendly, clear guidance to clients, building rapport and trust. The role emphasizes customer service in a metrics-driven call center environment with comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement within ADP.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience, OR Military Experience.
• Occasional extended hours during peak seasons and may work 5-10 hours of overtime 6-8 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Product Support: respond to client questions about payroll and benefits products; data maintenance, setup, configuration changes; new feature setup requests.
• Payroll Processing - Tax: assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; conduct research and follow-up; ensure timely communication.
• Consultation: act as trusted advisor and provide recommendations for product optimization.
• Quarter and Year-End Support: resolve issues during peak periods; determine corrections and generate details for processing changes.
• Reporting and Analysis: work on complex projects, research historical data, and make corrections.
• Collaborate and Communicate: work with internal teams and third-party vendors; communicate status and updates to clients.
