Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, OR military experience.
• Overtime up to 5–10 hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and payroll support to clients, handling data maintenance and configuration changes.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax changes, ensuring timely, accurate updates.
• Act as trusted advisor, offering consultative recommendations on product optimization.
• Support quarter/year-end processing and resolve issues with clients.
• Prepare complex reports, research historical data, and implement corrections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet client expectations.
