Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support payroll, tax, HRIS, and client account management workflows on-site in Michigan. You will act as the primary contact for clients, ensure accurate payroll processing, and coordinate user setup and training for payroll platforms and service portals.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork to drive client satisfaction and retention while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients; ensure accurate payroll processing and timely responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate user setup and deliver training for payroll platforms, HRIS, and service portals.
• Maintain proactive client touchpoints and support retention efforts; manage escalations and service opportunities.
• Process payroll accurately and timely in accordance with regulations and company policies.
