Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support payroll and tax processes. This on-site role involves coordinating user setup, training, and retention efforts, while guiding payroll operations and data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and payroll knowledge, with on-site work at GA locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 2+ years PEO/ASO/HCM experience preferred.
• 2-4 years in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and training for payroll and service platforms.
• Lead client meetings to review escalated issues.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and resolve errors.
• Collaborate with Manager to implement changes and coach staff.
