Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and oversee payroll-related processes. The role focuses on coordinating user setup, delivering training, and ensuring accurate payroll execution while supporting tax and reporting needs.

You will liaise between clients and internal teams, drive retention strategies, and lead meetings to resolve escalated issues, with regular on-site work in Georgia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other apps as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients.
• Coordinate user set-up and provide training for client-facing payroll, reporting software and service platforms.
• Facilitate client retention strategies and coordinate with internal teams for success.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and review for accuracy across client accounts.
• Lead weekly POD team huddles and communicate with stakeholders about escalations.
