Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery, including payroll and tax-related processes. The role coordinates user setup/training, drives client retention, and acts as a liaison between clients and internal operations.

The candidate will oversee payroll processing, analyze data for improvements, and guide on reporting requirements, with on-site attendance required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned group of clients and coordinate user setup.
• Assist and provide guidance with required state and federal reporting and ensure payroll processing.
• Review processed payrolls, resolve payroll errors, and monitor payroll accuracy.
• Lead weekly POD team huddles and coordinate client meetings to discuss escalations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
