Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support payroll processes. You will be the primary contact for a client portfolio, coordinate setup and training, and drive retention while coaching payroll teams.

You will oversee payroll accuracy, resolve issues, and guide teams on tax and reporting. This role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in payroll or HR services preferred.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for an assigned client group and lead issue resolution meetings.
• Coordinate client setup, train on payroll platforms, and drive retention.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and coach payroll/service associates.
• Identify process gaps and propose new products or services.
• Support tax account registration and state/federal reporting.
• Escalate client issues through appropriate channels.
