Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to manage client relationships and ensure seamless payroll and tax-related service delivery. The role includes coordinating user setup, training, client retention, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required but relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in PEO/ASO/HCM environments is advantageous.
• Experience supervisory responsibilities and in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client group and manage relationships.
• Coordinate user setup and training for client-facing payroll and reporting platforms.
• Oversee payroll processing, review results, and resolve errors.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Identify gaps in client processes and propose new products or services.
• Lead client meetings to review escalations and discuss resolutions.
